COMAND single disc is discussed in this post:
https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-c...-new-c250.html

Apparently it's a launch package only, so starting January the only option will be the multimedia package for which one would have to pay approx $1000 more for the same features. You can get more info on what is included by clicking the "edit" button next to "choose your options" on this page:
http://amexnetwork.zag.com/configura...frontPricing=Y

I don't know what the other options are. Is the advanced agility package basically the dynamic handling package? That's not listed on mbusa.com either.

With multimedia pkg being offered beginning in January, I'm wondering if the s32/218 launch pkg being offered now enables the Dolby Digital 5.1 surround that was mentioned in the LOGIC 7 description on mbusa? Here's the excerpt:

"And on models also equipped with the Mutimedia Package, Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound technology adds to the experience."

Can someone with the launch pkg confirm they have 5.1 surround sound?

C350 Coupe 2012
When I ordered my C350 my sales person told me that the only difference between the two is the fact that one has single CD vs. a CD changer. I jumped on the one with single CD as it was way cheaper.

I just recently had the same issue. The lack of supply of the multi-disc changer is due directly to the Japanese quake and tsunami. Same for Xenon HID headlights on certain C Class models (especially the 250 and 300 models of the sedan.) Factory was completely obliterated.

In the meantime, the only disc player they are using is the single disc player, regardless of the sound package you get.
