Weathertech are fine... they fit well but are made of a thinner ply poly-vinyl ... plus never, ever clean or darken them using Armor-All etc... makes them dangerously slippery... The Benz units are thicker and more grippy... and more expensive as well... but not by much.

I bought Pant Savers 12 years ago. I am still using them now and they still look new after all these years. At the time I bought the mats for my Honda Prelude and I carried them over the my MB.
My CLK came with both summer and winter mats. I prefer these Pant Savers because they are thicker, cover much bigger area and hold more water.

When I picked up my car the dealer gave me MB winter mats, he said the e-coupe and the c-coupe use the same mats. I am not quite sure I like the fitment because this morning the mat got shifted onto the bottom of the accelerator. Luckily I caught it before I left my driveway.

I have the All Season Mats from the dealer. I was weary of them at first because they use the "Honeycomb" pattern. Which is more difficult to clean IMO. The drivers side does have a decent dead pedal height and where your heel sits in front of the gas pedal is a nice thick block of rubber. Overall I like them enough I suppose. I got them for $70. though using a 30% off coupon. They are like 100 at the dealer without discounts.
I really like the WeatherTech laser cut mats. But they don't have a high enough dead pedal cover and are expensive.
