That's what I find so fascinating about the MB-Tex. Your seats literally look brand new (no wrinkling, marks, indents, etc.) after years.
Since my car is a lease I don't necessarily need to worry about making sure the leather stays perfect since it's only mine for 24 months. Interestingly enough my sales guy recommended the MB-tex for buying because it really will stand up against time. When I go back today I'm hoping I can get/see samples of the red leather, black MB-tex, and Ash MB-tex. Looks great!

I'd hardly call ash "ghetto"... it's about as classic as you can get for a Mercedes interior - especially considering it dates back to at least the W126.
It's all in what you are looking for. If you want aggressive and sporty, red works well. Ash is a bit classier IMO.
