2012 C250 Coupe
I just turned 50 when I bought my C250. Big selling point was the size of the trunk. I think it was the only car that I could fit my Hockey Goalie gear in the trunk.

Goalie gear also fits in the Buick LaCrosse's trunk.

What year was your S5? How do you compare the S5 and S350?

2012 C350 Coupe
58, but I'm getting a C350. My logic is that the C250 is the car for younger people.

A C250 CDI (if available in your market place) may make for consideration for the 'older' people

The S5 is a completely different beast. It wouldn't be fair to compare it to the C350. I'm actually leasing the C350 in anticipation of the new '13 S5 (facelift). I'll write a comparison in a different thread, don't want to take away anything from this thread.

2015 C300 4Matic Sedan, 2015 C300W, 1997 Jaguar XK8,
Not sure why age would be a factor unless you're talking CUBE or Scion type vehicle. Coupe is usually purchased by those of us that don't have family to drive around. That being said, I guess I'm the Senior guy at 61.Traded my Audi A6, Weekend ride is 1997 XK8 Convertible. Wife drives 2011 C300 Sedan. 2012 is much improved over last years car and music reproduction options are awesome.

Or as you say coupes are suited to people with lots of other cars, such as you and I

Sedans, SUV's etc. used for family, trip work, coupe, convertibles for leasure or weekdays when driving solo

2012 Mercedes C250 Coupe (C204)
52 here; wife is 31 years old. Age does't mean much to us; when something is beautiful and well crafted it's timeless.
We've ordered a C250 Coupe in Magnetite black metallic, Lighting package and 18" twin 5-spoke AMG wheels. Inside we've got the Premium 1 package, Sahara Beige/Black leather, Burl Walnut wood trim, Multimedia package, Lane Tracking package and Parktronic; pretty much everithing I would say. Looking forward to receive dealer call!

Or makes a great "city car" alternative.

C250 Coupe

I am considering a C350 coupe and was wondering the age of people buying this car? I am 42 and was wondering if the car is age appropriate or am I a bit too old and whether an E350 coupe would be better?

Also, it seems very hard to find the C350 coupe. Are you aware if MB will be increasing production in the near future?

Thanks
41 here. No regrets getting the C250 coupe! Well, only regret was not able to place all options in the list as it was a stock car. That would be the ultimate full packed deal. Been driving sedans since my 20s and this is my first coupe. When one asked why I got a MB coupe, I'd selfishly say "This is my personal luxury cabin and only my other half get a share". C250 is sufficient to deliver the power for city driving. Certainly not allowing a high capacity engine to run on traffic jams (no offence to C350 owners that's going for the hp but 70% of the time driving here is either 60km/h or stalled position). This is a keeper for its interior and comfort (compare to my previous 3 bimmer)!

Only available in some World markets, here in Australia there's no manual option for this car, 7g-tronic or nothing
