Small update, I have been very busy with the coupe and have very little time to update this thread
My top hats for my rear rotors finally came in and it is a prefect fit. This is the only way of running W212 345mm rotor on a W/C204. Brembo does not offer a Monoblock rear caliper for a W/C204 either, so this also will have to be done

With the rear kit installed, I can now measure for the proper wheel/caliper clearance and wheel offsets
Check out the clearance (test fitting the custom barreled LM's off the StanceLab W212)

I am test fitting a lot of different wheel combinations to get the proper offsets. I will post these spec when I get all my measurements done

I've heard a lot about your coupe since i am currently having memory fab work on some wheels for my w204, would be interested in seeing this coupe in person since we are both in the bay !!!

Please explain, do you mean monoblock ? 2 or 3 piece ? or any other type of custom made wheel ?
With the offsets mentioned it's still difficult to achieve a deep concave.
I'm looking into the possibilities of having as small as possible a rim width to achieve a better concavity effect and finish whilst retaining full functionality and not having to modify fenders etc. from wheels that end up 'sticking out' too much, it's a trend I'm noticing with the U.S crowd even adopting spacers to push the wheels outward, but it's not something all people want, this also causes more debris residue to be thrown up along the sides of the vehicle which is another drawback of wheels being pushed out.
Most if not all alternative rims I'm seeing for our cars are utilising large rim widths eg. 9.5 or 10" for the rears compounding the problem of the large ET number required and trying to achieve a pronounced concavity effect, if the width were reduced to 8.5" max like OEM or even 8" it would produce a greater concave result/effect.
8 or 8.5" rim widths would also still support up to 265 wide tyres.
That's what the OEM rims on our C Class' are

Ok, I am trying to understand what you are saying but to the best of my knowledge, the thinner the wheel the less concave you can go. There is just not enough width in the barrel to allow for extra "concaveness". I think you might have to go wider or have some wheels custom made. Forgestar makes wheels to order, might want to give them a call. I have tried two wheel combinations to feel out the offsets

If ET or offset number is the same between 2 different wheel widths then the amount of rim distance or width your left with on the outside half of the rim is the same regardless of rim width.
I will eventually consult a wheel manufacturer for a custom set of 19's when the time comes

Very nice but with those aggressive offset the only way your gonna be able to ride is at that height! the moment you lower the car you will be scrubbing left right and centre. How much camber are you planning on dialing in and are you rolling the fenders? I would like to hear your feedback as those are similar offsets if not more aggressive of what i want to do! Goodluck I hope you find a set up that works as Im struggling to find anyhting atm. Hopefully you can lead the way for me

By the way, the S63 wheels are only for streets/rolling around. The show wheels are way more aggressive then these

Sorry man, not going to see a set of wheels offset'ed to fit stock height here. But if you come back in month or two, all wheels are going to be sitting flush
