I just joined this forum today after having owned a GLK ever since they first came out with the car in 2010. I just upgraded my 2010 for a 2015 and was crushed when the steering wheel and and seats gave out on me today. I read your advice, unplugged the black thing under the driver’s seat, plugged it back in - problem fixed!! I honestly cannot believe I found this information here and will be eternally grateful! Thank you!

Thanks, that was it, Fuse #127 and a simple repair when my wife wanted to schedule an appt at Mercedes.

same thing happened to me , reconnect the plug fixed my issue.
