~ new wheels for my c coupe... 19's
For those who are wondering, If you're going to run wide tires between 255 to 275, with a drop, I would go with the highest offset possible (no spacers required).
Mercedes offsets are really conservative. I'm running 255 35 19 (9.5 Width Wheel) with a 1 inch drop and its rubbing a little bit =/
It barely sticks out. Currently looking to trade my rear tires with someone with a 245 35 19 lol.

What offsets are you running?

but to further answer your question... a et55 rear offset would be a safer set up (if a set can be found) if one's lowering the car and hauls a full load of occupants.
i love the drop on the front but the rear seems to have very little change? do you think it will settle?
(specs were to be 1.1" front & 1.0" rear) ... thoughts?

I wonder if they design them to be that way? Perhaps accounting for the fact that you may load heavy luggage in the boot and the springs wouldn't have much room for movement if they were even with the fronts to start off with?
But I do think the drop looks perfect on your C-coupe
Questions
1). What is the measurement of the front wheel gap (stock is about 1.75 inch)?
2). What is the measurement of the rear wheel gap (stock is about 1 inch)?

Curious also as to why the rear is a little higher than what you would expect, but I'm sure Eibach know what they're doing - must be like that for a reason.
I've always used Eibach springs for decades on many of my past and present cars without any operability issues.
i think i will try to visit the installation company today and see if they can confirm the spring is seated/turned correctly at the top and bottom at the pad and perch. if so, and the height is as eibach intended... i may have them trim 1/2 of the dead coil in the rear to adjust the height and have things more uniform/balanced.
