Wheels look great. All you need is a drop.

For those who are wondering, If you're going to run wide tires between 255 to 275, with a drop, I would go with the highest offset possible (no spacers required).

Mercedes offsets are really conservative. I'm running 255 35 19 (9.5 Width Wheel) with a 1 inch drop and its rubbing a little bit =/

It barely sticks out. Currently looking to trade my rear tires with someone with a 245 35 19 lol.

~ i think the et50 rears look great without lowering the car... and i still think i'll be ok once lowered an 1" with a bit of negative cambered dialed in via the alignment... all to be determined - in a week once the eibach's are installed and the alignment is complete.

but to further answer your question... a et55 rear offset would be a safer set up (if a set can be found) if one's lowering the car and hauls a full load of occupants.

well i had the eibach pro-kit springs installed today...

i love the drop on the front but the rear seems to have very little change? do you think it will settle?
(specs were to be 1.1" front & 1.0" rear) ... thoughts?

I installed H&R springs on my 350Z years ago and had the same issue (rear was much higher). It settled a little after about 3 weeks. However, even after 2 years of having the springs installed, the rear gap was always greater than the front.

I wonder if they design them to be that way? Perhaps accounting for the fact that you may load heavy luggage in the boot and the springs wouldn't have much room for movement if they were even with the fronts to start off with?

I have Eibach pro-kit springs in my E46 and the rear always looks higher in my taste. It would not settle in my case.

But I do think the drop looks perfect on your C-coupe.

Questions
1). What is the measurement of the front wheel gap (stock is about 1.75 inch)?
2). What is the measurement of the rear wheel gap (stock is about 1 inch)?

Nice, I like it !!!

Curious also as to why the rear is a little higher than what you would expect, but I'm sure Eibach know what they're doing - must be like that for a reason.

I've always used Eibach springs for decades on many of my past and present cars without any operability issues.

~ the lowered heights are as follows: front is .75" & rear is 1.25".

i think i will try to visit the installation company today and see if they can confirm the spring is seated/turned correctly at the top and bottom at the pad and perch. if so, and the height is as eibach intended... i may have them trim 1/2 of the dead coil in the rear to adjust the height and have things more uniform/balanced.

Installed H & R Super Sports1.7 front 1.8 back made for W204 on my coupe yesterday. Took a gamble but they fit perfect. Ride is noticeably stiffer but a good feeling since steering was a little lose.

I ordered the Rohana RC5's and tires with the same dimensions as yours. Pics in my post above. [Front 8.5 et45 245/35/19 Rear 9.5 et50 275/30/19]. Because my coupe is dropped fractions of an inch more than yours, I am wondering if I will clear inside and out. Do you rub at all?

You can always install a shorter spring pad to get a lower look in the back

~ i have no rubbing issue at all...even with 200 lbs of added weight in the trunk for a short trip.

~ you're welcome... i am thinking of switching the rear spring pad out again with the 5mm pad to lower the rear a bit more. still sits up a tad too much.

i am planning on changing the spring pads this week ...the adjustments will make this the standard lowered stance in the rear... your thoughts?
