Hello Damien havn't heard from you in a while on the forum here, I'm well and hope you are too

Also hope your totally still enjoying your new C350 sedan

As for sound clip of my C Coupe I don't have one, however if you 'youtube' this particular model there are vids of C250-CDI's out there which will give you some idea of what they sound like, IMHO especially from within the cabin the sound is not too bad at all and in my case with the SuperSprint system allowing quicker spool ups the diesel twin turbos make some very sweet noises.

Besides that I've fitted a set of OEM 18" AMG model 790 rims (hopefully got that model number right ?? they're the same as fitted standard to the C63) as I've given up on the whole 19" wheel idea for the moment and decided not to mess with ride quality and dynamics and istead gone with a much nicer looking set of OEM 18's

What new things if any have you incorporated to your new C350 lately ??

hi there - thanks for all the helpful info. i recently bought the 2014 c250 w/ the sports plus package (coming from a 2011 e350 which was a little too big and not fun on tight turns) and am really enjoying it. I was contemplating the c350 but liked what the sports plus package had on the 250 with the steering and rev-matching plus the turbo torque at lower rpm. Yet, my biggest gripe on it was the single pipe. Love what you did to have the clean c350 look. quick question...are you still in our car or have you disassembled your dual exhaust?

Hello andrew, I'll send you a PM tonight so that I can check over all the paperwork with all the details, at work at the moment and can't remember exactly how much the exhaust system was on its own as I did the whole upgrade job of custom diffusor and opposite side heat shields and other items all at the same time.

Also have to remember I'm located in Australia, so the price will definitely be different should be much less for you in the U.S (fingers crossed) the system was shipped directly from the supplier (SuperSprint) in Italy.

I'll also include some recent pics as I've adjusted the exhaust tip position, now with the tip edges lining up neatly with the diffusor edge - looks much much neater and more OEM than it was before with the tips protruding out a little

I have C250 Sedan, Which rear valance do i order? a C300/C350 Coupe valance or sedan?
Edit: Nevermind, they are the same part number.

2nd question, Does the magnaflow muffler you have sound louder than stock? I want same quietness as stock but dual tip look. And do you know which magnaflow muffler it is? I find a lot online fitting the description.

Ordered my C350 Rear Valance $91 shipped brand new. Ordered the Red Tail Performance tips Also $91 shipped.

Waiting on ordering the magnaflow exhaust as i'm not sure what size to get.

I see many with different body lengths and not sure which would fit on the car. Hopefully someone can chime in.

I have a 2012 C250C and I have a few questions if you don't mind. I like your idea of the oval tips instead of quad tips which to me is going overboard.
1) Are you still happy with the change and is it louder in the car/drone noise?
2) Did you need to buy different diffuser brackets?
3) Any check engine light issues?

Sorry i dont come on here that often anymore.

@jluchmun :: I used the same parts DameMD did (he listed it in the 1st post)

@wirjam13 :: 1. yes, just a tad louder (a low hum when idle); 2. no, just make an addition one for the other side; 3. not at all.

as for other technical questions, ask DameMD or AV1 or andrew c oupe, they're ALL geniuses.

Thank you for the kind words casper721, it's an overall very good crowd here in the C204 section, have personally replied to many PM's on this subject over the last nearly 2 years and hopefully that's helped

Thanks for the update. I have looked at the various RTP Tip options and I can't seem to locate a 2.25 inlet that meets the Stainless Resonated Oval tips 4.75x3.25 2.25 inlet mentioned at the begining of the thread.

What P/N did you order?
Thanks in advance

C250
Hi sorry to dig this thread up from the dead but doing searching through the boards for exhaust setups for C250 and this came up.

AV1 or DameMD, you guys linked to a SuperSprint kit. I went to their website but don't see a way to buy it for the USA.

What is the cost of that kit? Looks exactly like what I'm going for.

Did you ever go with the dual exhaust? I really want the dual exhaust and keep the stock sound, not sure what muffler to use.

Hello there

Apologies for the late reply but did not see this posting earlier.

AFAIK I'm the only one on this C204 forum who has a full Super Sprint exhaust system, DameMD adopted a cheaper solution for his conversion which is fully documented but it's from a while ago now.

I don't know what the availability of the Super Sprint is for you people in the U.S (I'm in Australia) but here we have importers and suppliers for Super Sprint and other high end exhaust systems.

The cost will obviously depend from Country to Country so listing what it cost me (back in 2013) won't help much for your purposes, I'm fairly confident in saying it'll cost a lot less for you people in U.S as everything is dirt cheap there compared to most other Countries, our cars and car parts cost up to 3 times as much here compared to there.

What I would suggest which is what I did when I acquired mine if your also wanting to acquire a Super Sprint system is contact Super Sprint directly and ask them for supplier recommendations and all other info and go from there

Edit: forgot to mention earlier go to page 2 of this thread on an earlier posting of mine to see what the full Super Sprint kit looks like, it's the one I have installed and it's specifically designed and made for the C204 C250-CDI, they also make a kit specifically for all other variant/engine types, you'll also find more info and pics from the Super Sprint web site.

C250 Coupe (2012)
Managed to get the dual exhaust sorted yesterday. I was given the option of putting small mufflers near to the rear end of each pipe but tried it without 1st and it isn't too loud. Car now seems to have a nice deep grumble and isn't over the top with the straight pipes. The pipes that the garage has used aren't that big, so that has surely helped. Let me know what you think

Just need to de-badge it now (previous owner had fitted the AMG badge)
