Accessory Navigation?

Accessory Navigation?
Has anyone done this/ heard of this before? In the pdf for C Class accessories it says that the factory Audio 20 can be swapped for a unit with navigation. I would be very interested in doing this as well as adding iPod integration and backup camera.

you car has to be ordered with the Factory Becker Pre-wiring to add the Nav unit that fits inside the glove box...very small approx 4x4x1 black box.

i was able to get a new one off ebay for $200.. i think the dealer charges around $800+
for it...
