Error code after LED installation
Hey everyone,
I replaced my reverse lights with Canbus LEDs yesterday. They are error free so there is no flickering or blinking of any kind. However I had the error message on the cluster that said "check right and left reverse bulbs" It hasnt popped up since but is there a way to clear this? I get the same "adaptive lighting inoperative" message once in a while since I replaced my stock bulbs with error free 8k bulbs. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately this error message pops up 50% of the time you change your reverse lights. I recently got my left rear LED light changed also and the body shop warned me that this light might turn on. However, to fix it you either have to go to MB's dealership to fix it or find a guy that works with this type of stuff. My body shop said it would cost around 200 dollars to fix it if it does turn on.
