I have responded to your PM.
Further to that, if you have no luck sourcing the correct OEM C63 diffusor brackets, you could always use the existing ones and either glue them directly onto the inside of your C63 diffusor or make up some small blocks or tabs to the do trick, you can glue the tabs onto the diffusor and then use small screws to secure to the brackets that way it's reversable, with either method you use this will still result in securing the diffusor firmly in place

I have the diffuser PN 204 885 39 38 which is this: 2012 Mercedes Benz W204 C63 Coupe Original AMG Rear Diffuser C250 C350 Coupe New | eBay

Where you mention Part No's for the brackets: Left A204 885 46 14 - Right A204 885 47 14, do you happen to have a pic of these brackets?
I ordered PN's 204 885 23 14 and 204 885 24 14 based on a diff post and those were wrong parts.
I am trying to finish up my quad set up, any help would be much appreciated. If anyone has a pic of the correct brackets can someone post?

The part numbers Left A204 885 46 14 - Right A204 885 47 14 are the correct part numbers for the OEM diffuser 204 885 39 38.
So for the quad setup you will need:
OEM diffuser 204 885 39 38 $120 at my local dealer
Left A204 885 46 14 $27 at my local dealer
Right A204 885 47 14 $27 at my local dealer
