Ride quality on C204 4M

Ride quality on C204 4M
Hey all,
I switched from the C350 RWD to the C350 4M and noticed that on the 4M the ride quality feels much more harsh. The roads here are not that great but at least on the RWD version I didn't feel it as much.
Could this be because the RWD has the sport package which would change the dampeners depending on the mode vs. the 4M tuned with a more aggressive setup?
Thoughts?
