Removal of 3rd Brakelight Assembly?
Does anyone know how to remove the 3rd Brakelight assembly?
I had the dealership who sold me the car remove the 15% tint from my car. They had a hard time removing the adhesive and there is some on top of the 3rd Brakelight assembly. My wife said it wasn't noticeable, but it is to me. I tried to rub it with a cloth but it doesn't come off. If it is easy to remove the assembly- I might try. If not- back to the dealership.
BTW-I was surprised at how dark the OEM tint is and might just put Clear 3M Crystalline Film on the front windshield and leave the rest.

I have no problem removing the adhesive- the problem is where it is located. It is on the top of the assembly closest to the rear glass. If I use anything that is liquid- it could leave residue and drip down the glass.
