2012 C 250 Upgrades
I recently purchased a 2012 C-250 and i love it, I have spent my entire driving life in Ford Mustangs and 1 Ford lightning, i actually traded in my 2014 5.0 for this car because "life" has me driving around 100 miles a day to/from work and then managing the gym I own. Anyway, as you can see the first thing i did was make some black paint modifications to make her stand out.
I am new to MB and just wanted to know if it is worth it to make any upgrades with aftermarket parts to get the car to get better gas mileage and maybe tune some more HP out of this turbo?!
Appreciate any advice,

Thanks,
Where about are you? I'm in San Diego.
well ace, I've only driven the car 4100 miles in .75 year. My advice (FWIW):
1. I do not plan to screw with the 1.8 turbo 4. 35 MPG for a round trip/450 miles to Carmel really sets the bar for this sailor.
2. I can't address service costs (but this site can give you some good cost data) as I went the CPO route with two service visits (and two payments) comp'd as a reward for not paying cash. MBFS makes very attractive offers (again: FWIW)
3. A LOT slower than your 5 liter V-8 (but it looks like a work of art IMHO) and resembles it's high priced coupe cousin big time.
Welcome,
ez

Thanks,

They are a beautiful car overall, had mine as a daily driver for over 3 years with now over 62,000km and still love it now as much as the first day
Mine has the full options list and so far no major probs either, hopefully that will continue, as I'm now out of warranty so fingers crossed...
If you do a search you should come up with plenty of threads and info on modding one way or another, there was lots of activity with that side of it on this forum when these were first released back in 2011, not so much now as most members/owners seem to be leasers and therefore won't have long term ownership of the car and have moved onto something else.
Hopefully the search will help with what your looking for otherwise research over the net should show up a lot of potential modding options if you want to go that way with your car
Other then being a returning MB owner I pretty much have the exact same story, Im having a hard time finding any decent quality or selection of mods for em. Any luck or updated advice where to go or start? Though I prefer not, im finding ebay may be my main go to. :/
This is gonna be fun, so glad to have found a few other owners just starting on their project car. Make sure we keep everyone update and sharing the journey!!!!!
