Advice to unplug the 2013 C250 fog light connector

anyone know how to unplug the connector of the 2013 Mercedes C250 coupe fog light? I have tried but unable to unplug it.

It has a tab you squeeze down and pulls out... like any other connector. What exactly isn't working on it?
