Gas Pedal Q

My pedal was squeaking so I pulled it and disassembled it and regreased it and it seems good to go now. With everything back together the car drives fine and it all works, no warnings or anything but I’m noticing a slight hesitation on the engine revs. It feels like when I quickly get on the gas there’s a split second delay and then the engine revs. It’s not huge but I don’t know if it was there before or not. Do you notice this in your cars or did I mess something up. The sensor is super simple with almost no moving parts though.

2015 C350 Coupe
I have the C250 coupe and I can definitely say that the lag you are experiencing has been there since I got the car in 2013. It's why I wish I had a C350 as the 2 extra cylinders eliminate it. I've actually thought about trading mine in for a 350 but have great trouble finding any in the Palladium Silver with the black interior, Aluminum trim, lighting package, premium package...
