Warm start crank issue
Does anyone have any experience of a slow start when the car is warm on 4cyl engines? When starting cold the car starts straight away. However when the car has been driven and warmed up, if left for a period of 5+ minutes it takes a few seconds to crank and start. If left for over an hour it’ll start as it does when cold?
The vehicle starts fine every time. The engine is new and the vehicle suffered this issue before the engine was rebuilt so it’s not the engine or fuelling.
Anyone have any ideas?
