Eco stop start not working
just noticed that my eco is not working. It’s switched on but I have a yellow circle A with a line through it on small screen. Anyone have any thoughts the handbook says this means it’s not available but why would this be?

I have the same problem on my C250 Coupe EU version, After about a year and half using, the start stop is showing green but start stop is not working. either I miss the setup or the starter battery is not fully charge, you can observe this when you are driving with automatic car from 4-5 gear and remove acceleration pedal, then your speedometer slew to charging or eco mode where it show battery like bar, then when decelleration it will show that the green bar increase to full, means its charging, but then previously it will stay at least 1/4 green, when it does, during red light your car will shutdown then few minutes will start again (means battery need charging from alternator/ generator). but now mine is charging green but not holding enough charge (not showing green)
