C200 Coupe AMG

for the past month i have been having problems with my comand 20 Audio CD crashing / wont sync albums and refuses to change songs with the swivel wheels
I contacted my dealer ship and asked if it's possible to change to comand online and i will pay they're checking but say they doubt it's possible since it's more than just a screen and the computer
Does anyone know what what's the physical difference between the two other than the screen size and computer?
