Flash Gordon

I have a 2017 E400 coupe which is based on the C model. I have hunt high and low over You Tube and search in this forum to no avail to replace the cabin filter. I removed the 3 screws, disconnect the 2 electric connectors, I could not pull out the panel to access the filter. Seems like something is holding the panel in place. What else I need to do? Thanks.
