I have MY '19 c class coupe. When I purchased back in Oct 18 I got this email saying I had all these features available. Does anyone know how to actually use them? Like vehicle tracker, POI, vehicle locator etc? I don't see how to use these? I have Mercedes me connect app. Help?

Your dealership should have downloaded the app to your cellphone and showed you how to use it after your purchase was finalized and before you left the dealership. They also should have sat in the vehicle with you and gone over the features and showed you how to use them. I would go back and ask them to do so.

Yes they did that regarding the vehicle and I set up my Mercedes connect. But I didn't get info on these specific features. But I have figured out that most of this requires COMMAND system which I don't have. The car is in the dealership now trying to figure out why I can't connect to the In-car WIFI. I was more so requesting specific information from someone who has utilized these features on this discussion forum.

All Mercedes MY19 has COMAND (i.e. the head unit). What you might not have is the Multimedia package which is not related to the Mercedes Me features you're referring here.

As Brittnie pointed out, you need to have paired your car's VIN with your Mercedes Me account. You can log in to the Mercedes Me portal either using the phone app or directly in your browser. If you do it in the browser, this is the link. Once you're able to sign in, you will get to access all these features.

Here are some screenshots of using this from the portal on my desktop (similar applies to your phone too BTW).

Yes. My car was linked when I purchased it. Took about a month to get it actually working, but finally I was able to use the app. But in car wifi never worked after I set up trial and account so it took Mercedes a month and burned my trial time. 10 months later I took the car in again to figure out why Wi-Fi wouldn't work after topping off data (out of my pocket this time) so they could attempt to troubleshoot the issue. Well, in their attempts to trouble shoot the in car WiFi, my Mercedes connect now doesn't work again! Sigh. So once again no Mercedes me connect app OR in car WiFi. They can't seem to get it all working. Have a case open with Mercedes. Just such a mess. The app is really nice and useful. But I've had my car almost a year and still have not been able to use these cool features. Thanks for your response though. I followed all the steps you outlined, just still not working.
