pulley take it from Linh, you can find him on benzworld.org under the R170 forums.
My car was dynoed before/after and I gained a lot with the pulley.
For the exhaust, contact cklasse which is on club202.com, you can email him at ken at budsmuffler.com, he his an expert in mufflers and made some systems for mercedes that gained a lot of hps on the dyno

I'd guess the pulley kit will net 9-11hp (from what I've read) and costs around
$175 (it has been awhile and I could be off).

pulley kit is 850$ and then you get like a 300$ refund when you send in your old pulley for core exchange.
You gain way more than 9hp, I got dynoed a gain of 18 whp and 31wtq., and that was without any othe rmod, I'm sure if you have an exhaust it would help more.. and I'm pretty sure I got more because my dyno was a dynapack and I think our ESP kicks in because the wheels are tested individually.. on a normal roller dyno both wheels spin at the same speed so the ESP should not kick in. I will check this as soon as snow is gone and I'm getting back on the dyno.

Slammed C never dynoed his car. He also had to have a chip in order for the pulley to run smooth, because afte rthe pulley the car car not very well, the pulley corrected the problem.
Kleeman do boost a little more than ASP. ASP is a litle on the safer side for the supercharger. I think kleeman is near or at the beginning of overspinning the SC. Not a big thing except maybe on the long run. Anyways kleemann is 1850$ and not sold anymore so you can't even find one set.
ASP comes with a relocation pipe for the MAS, new FPR and spark plugs.
Anyways, I never saw any dyno of a pullied C230k (aside of mine) except the one of dynospotracing, but the car at dynospot had other mods and it was the supercharger pulley that was changed.

I know he says 245, but if you read his posts on club202, you'll see that this figure is very approximative and there is no dyno of it.
he just guessed the gains of his exhaust, air filter, chip and pulley upgrades. It is possible that those mods brings power up to 200whp from the 150whp stock, we'll see it later he plans to dyno his car.
