Question engine code P1700

I had the codes ran on my car today and got back this code P1700 I checked it and it is some transmission valve of somesorts, anyway has anyone here fixed this or had it fixed and if so how do you do it or how much did it cost to get fiixed? Thanks

yes that is what it is, but I have no clue how to fix it or how much it costs to get fixed?

basically ya need a new one.. when they mess up.. thats it.. they get all corroded and sieze up.
its located on the side of the transmission.. right side of the trans. kinda middle of the trans oil pan but on the side of the trans.
its a lil tricky to do yourself but can be done.
cost wise.. not sure.. maybe around $150.

it holds vacuum or something, i think its there to hold the gears longer on warmup of the car to prevent damage, dont think its an imminent repair part is $35 at autohausaz.com
