but thanks about the size. is the 5*112.3 just for the 18"s?
Most of the sedans use something around an ET35 offset. If you go wide you need a bigger offset or a spacer.
Diameter doesn't matter; I've seen 20s on a C but I wouldn't want to ride in it (I think they were 25 series tires, horrible ride quality). Obviously as you go up in diameter you have to reduce series (sidewall height) or the tires won't fit. There are a bunch of calculators on the web and tirerack has one if you punch in your car year/model it will give you the recommended upsizes (use the wheel search, then choose wheel/tire packs after you pick a diameter).
Happy wheel searching and enjoy the ride,

Greg

Just posted this one on club202. No rubbing, no spacers, fender rolling, or cutting. 18x8.5 +35 front w/235's, 18x9.5 +35 rear w/265's. Rear has lip, front clears AMG/Brembo brakes with no spacer.
There's no way you can use 35 offset as a general rule without considering the width. If you're only going 8" wide all around, 35 will clear with plenty of room to spare. With 8.5 and 9.5 it's very very close.
Use this as a guide only, as wheels and tires differ in shape. Your mileage may vary.
