Oxygen Sensor location
Ran codes from check engine light and got PO150 (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
I figured out that sensor 1 is upstream (before the cat) but not sure
where bank 2 is.
It states bank 2 is the opposite bank of cylinders where #1 cylinder is.
Anyone know which side bank 2 is or where the number one cylinder is
(Driver or passenger side)
If you didn't figure it out already, it's a 1999 C280
Thanks, Gary

Sorry.....but Bank 1 control all the odd cylinders number and Bank 2 control all even cylinders numbers. It know this for a fact on my Clk 430. And Bank 2 on the Clk 430 is on the passenger side. I has to replace my 02 sensors on Bank 1 sensor 1. My engine was misfired on all the odd cylinders (cylinder 1,3,5 and 7) due to bad 02 sensor 1 on bank 1. I'm not saying that you wrong because i don't have a v6 engine but it should matter V6 or V8 because it still a V engine configuration.

You're right it doesn't make a difference if it's a V6 or V8.
However, you are wrong on the cylinders. Next time you open your hood take a look at your valve cover right under ignition coils.
On the passenger side the first cylinder (front) is number 1. Behind that one is 2 and so on. On the driver's side the front cylinder is 5, next 6,7, and 8.
If you had a code to change o2 on bank 1, your tech changed the 02 on the passenger side.
