turn off the ESP or Traction Control... hold the brake down with your right foot, and slow push the accelerator with your right foot at the same time easing off the brake but still firm on it. Be safe!

i find the easiest way is to do a roll back then it is easier to hold on the throttle and apply the brake to ur sitting still (with traction control off).
i dont know what transmission u have,
and i dont think u shud do this method if u have an auto transmission?

97' C-class
there's a rubber at de front of the drive shaft (in de center of the car) and that's suposed to theak the impack... it breaks... I' have it...
and de drive shafts to de wheels... just the same...
manual transmission, not good... it breaks to!!!
new price somthing around 2.500€ incl. the old tranny... (sorry, this is a belguim price)
in side the tranny ar copper forks that hold's the tranny in gear... that is de part that go's to hell...
I know that I do that (now!!) as little as possible

yep, just what they said, hold the break and mash the gas......these benz's do crazy burnouts like that. Lots of smoke too........ I wish I had my burnout on tape. Word for the wise though, don't make it a habit, ASR still works partially when you have it turned off....your rear breaks and tranny will hate you for it. By the way, if you're gonna do one, try pouring bleach down you'll like what you see.
