98' c230?
I found a c230 not sure of the year but I think it is a 98, anyway with some front end damage from a car wreck for $2,000 dollars has less then 15,000 miles, owned by a guy in military who has been over seas for a while, alot more details but it's irrelevent. The car is missing the radiator, front bumper, driver side fender and headlights, along with all the other pieces that make up the front end, except for the hood which is still in good shape, everything looks fine except that it's missing the front end. The frame underneath looks clean, is worth picking up and putting back together?. BTW the car ran before the damaged parts were removed. I will try and post pics of this car as soon as I can.

My 98 C230 has 104000 miles on it an I love it. Forget what the powerheads say about it being slow. It accelerates much faster than a stock 66 V8 Mustang and the 5 speed automatic is more friendly to manual shifters than the new electronic jobs that I hate.
I take it from LA to San Francisco several times a year and with 300 pounds of samples and luggage, I get 31 mpg driving at 90 mph.
With the naturally aspirated 4 cylinder, the C230 is much more European. Even though it takes a second longer to get to 60 than some, it will still to a buck thirty.
Grab it!
