95 C280, just changed plug wires and now the car will not start. Switched all old parts back and still no start. Checked for spark and there is none.
Any ideas?
Do the C280's have the OVP relay and if so could this be an issue?
Thanks
Matthew

This happened in my 94 c280.
Yes, they have an OVP. For a quick fix, I would simply pop the hood, then the key to the "on" position (but don't try to turn the engine over yet). With the A/C spinning up and the radio coming on, get out of the car, and give the OVP a light tap.![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
You should hear several quick clicks and lots of things come to life under the hood.
Crank the car. If it dies, do this again.
Replace OVP.
Still got that infamous factory wiring harness? Sounds fishy that all this started when you changed your plugs. Could have finally killed that original harness by simply moving it.
