Upgrades for 1999 C230?
What are some performance upgrades that I can do, that can add more HP, better handling, with a smooth ride that is better than the factory parts right now?
Thanks ahead of time.

well there are a lot of things you can do, some are cheap (with very little HP) some are extremeley expensive (for a whole lot of HP)
you can go and try to install a bigger supercharger for your car, should set you back about 2000-3000 dollars and add about 60 hp(plz correct me if i am wrong)
or you can go for the turbo setup with will definetly set yo back about 4000+ dollars and add you about 120-180 hp(max) u can always fork over 300 bucks and change the electronic chip ur car has wich should add you about 20 hp's, change the air filter (wich they say adds 5 hp but it dosent add nething)
do a search on forums they have a looot of info about this

A larger S/C pulley and an ECU reprogram. I think you could go Renntech or Kleeman. I think it's about $1500ish give or take. Don't really remember the cost. IMO thats the only mod reasonable and effective enough for that car. I've experienced this mod and it makes a very noticable difference.
Also, if I you plan on keeping that car(good miles too) I would paint everything white to match including door moldings, door handles, grill, etc...Also, get some springs and a set of staggered silver or polished wheels.
