Suggestions for a HID Kit
Does anybody who has a HID kit in there w202 have any suggestions of decent 6000k kit that's fairly cheap, and it's plug and play?
i have this kit for mines, and it's too complicated to install, so i was just thinking of just getting another kit for my mercedes that's easier to install

i have the eagle eye 5200 HID, it was pulg and play, i dont know how other brands could be more dificuilt to instal b/c i though they were all plug and play. from what i have been told OEM is right around the 5000k, mine seem allittel brighter then those with OEM HID on thier 202

yeah, the kit i got from my friend... looked plug and play, but once i tried to install it... turned out it had 2 extra wires needing some kind of external power, like i was suppose to hook it up to the battery or something, but that was the problem... the 202 battery is in the trunk

Stock HID's are closest to 4300K. All HID kits are pretty much plug and play, some are direct and some have relays, but they're all pretty much straight foward. Its not difficult at all to install if you know what you're doing. The only hassle ive run into is that on some cars, the front bumper and headlights need to be taken off inorder for a clean and hidden install.
