what would you do?

I am using my 1995 c280 as my daily driver and i am afraid the paint will start fading sooner or later. is ther any way i can stop it from happening or at least slow it down? I wax my car once a month to keep the surface clean. If the pain does start to fade to you think i should repaint it? or should i just keep it with the original faded paint. wont my value go down since its a repaint, and will it be like the original?

as long as you wax it regularly (I would prob use a sealant in your case), and keep the surface clean (clay 2-3 times a year, polish, etc.), then you will help lessen the fading. If you use a sealant topped with wax, even better.

but is there a good chance that it will start fading? If it does fade, should i repaint the car or just keep it with the faded paint.

Do you want your car to look old?

As long as what you use has UV inhibitors, you should be fine

You are WAY too concerned with this. Mercedes (and German cars in general) has, historically, the BEST paint work of almost any maufactured car in the world. Assuming your paint is fine now, regular washing and waxing will be more than sufficient to maintain your paint job. I had a 1995 C 280 as well, and my paint looked almost show room condition when I sold it last year at age 11 (mfg. date was in 1994). Jap and American cars that old are the ones you have to worry about.
