Rotors - help?
For the rotors: the front should have min of 19.4mm, and rear should have min of 7.3mm.
The pads's thickness should have at least 14mm (50%) all around.
If they are above these figures, you are OK.
If you want to replace all of them, get OEM. there are many places on the net sell those, but you have to find a shop to replace them for you.
The rotors are not "pressed" on. They are attached by an allen bolt (hex). Just make sure when you're purchasing the rotors to also purchase 4 brake pad sensors (only like $1 each). These sensors will signal when you need to replace the brakes/rotors again. Hope this helps.
