W202 C43 AMG Grill Question??
I'm looking to get the grill for the C43 AMG for 2 customers.
I read a tread where the person claims that it is the same as the S600 Avantgarde but it doesn't mention the year.

The US Spec W202 C43 grill is identical to the C280, C230, etc. It only has 2 chrome horizontal slats with one vertical slat down the middle. The grill that you're referring to is the Avant Garde grill (these came on European elegance class and sports class C classes). It has 5 horizontal slats and the same vertical slat. To get the grill you can do one of 3 things.
1. Buy OEM from MB dealer (Very costly, over $400- OEM Part Number B6 688 0127)
2. Buy from an aftermarket source (ie. bekkers-it's a W210 part, but it's pre trimmed to fit the W202 chrome surround, only $100 and looks identical to the OEM part)
3. Buy an OEM W210 E-class grill and you trim it to fit the chrome surround on the W202 C43.
