Check door seal and firewall area
If the seal around the passenger door is deteriorated, split, or has cracking it may be causing this mysterious leaking problem.
I would also check the passenger side engine compartment area (fire wall)where there may be a cabin air duct leak on that side, this is usually located under the glove box, check to see if there is any unusual moisture there also.

Open up the engine bay, have a look down the top right hand side in the gap by the hinge. Remove all the leafs etc that you can see.
Basically all the leaves etc have blocked the drainage holes and water is seaping throught the cabling gromit into your car.
Its a common problem.
