94 C280 cranks but won't start

My 1994 C280 that has 107,000 miles will turn over but won't start. It seems to be fuel problem. Does this model have a fuel pump located in the fuel tank like some of the other Mercedes? Anyone have a similar problem?

It began 3 months ago and was intermittent. Now it will not start at all.

Probably a fuel pump relay gone bad.

Sounds like it's the Overvolt Protection Relay. All too common.
Will cause random no HOT starts. Replacement is only about $50..

Fuel pump failures are fairly common on higher mileage 202's. Thats what I'm putting my money on.

I read that again... so the car is NOT STARTING period? If that's the case, then I do agree with Dave (great name, btw. ) on the FUEL PUMP. However, if it starts at a later time, then possibly the relay, but more likely the OVP, IMO.
