hi everyone......
Anyone have an idea about the Performance Air Filters like K&N and others ?
My car is ( C200 1995 ), Do they realy increases the horse power !!. And will they do any damage to my car sensors and these stuff if i install one ??

they wont do any damage to your sensors the're just made of a more breathable material than stock. as for more power, they do but its minimal, you wont notice it, theyre best used as part of an all round package, for instance on mine i've got a remus performance exhaust and a kleeman pulley kit which with a remap has given me an extra 50 bhp.

You will feel a slight performance with these filters. (higher rpms)

"Feel" is very subjective. You will feel lighter in the wallet. You will feel the "worry" of messing up the MAS when you clean the old filter and re-oil it.
K&N's are great filters if you live in a dusty environment, where you are changing filters frequently. For everyone else, the typical service cycle for an air filter is probably about 2 years.
If you want HP that you can really feel . . . you gotta pay for it.

I had the KN filter just about 2 yrs and still have not re-oil because I dont drive it that much.
I still do love my C280... plan to replace for an S500

i think some how i know you.if you know me you will recognize my nickname.
any way the give a small amont of beter performance but the greatest effect of them i think is on the fuel consumbtion

Another one I have heard is Air Hog Filters.... not sure if anyone has used them
