blk moldings on the car
has anyone ever painted the blk moldings that run around the car??? i'm just curious cuz i have a 97 C230 and it is an eyesore! the colour of the car is desert silver and i would like to do something about this ....anyone have an suggestions?

When I used to have my C280, I considered doing the same. I was doing research and all that when I read about this guy wanting to do the same to his Audi A4 moldigs. They suggested that a 2:1:1 ratio be used. 2 parts clear, 1 part hardener, and 1 part flex agent. I am not too sure what all that means, but you can contact Wet Works Garage and ask them for their input (they were the company referred to).

ya i think it would look really nice too.....right now i am thinking about going to get this done at my body shop...i'm pretty sure i can score a good deal on it so why not.....plus i dont trust myself enuff to do it on my own
