these are stock c43 wheels with tires. about 40 percent thread left. there are slight curve scratches on two of the wheels but they are fine and perfectly straight. I want 700.00 and half of shipping. let me know. i would rate these wheels an 8 out of 10 so it is four wheels with tires for 700.00 good luck
