Put car in for maintenance B.

Everything looks good, but my brake pads need replacing. Its gonna cost me $150. I guess thats not too bad, cause they have the wheels off for rotation, and they arent charging me for the labor. What yall think??

If they are charging you $150 to do this then they are charging you $100 for labor. Pads are only $50.

That's still not too bad of price though. It's about average. What kind of pads did they use. Make sure you find out as a lot of these tire places don't understand the importance of Mercedes OEM brands. They should only use brands like Pagid, Ate, Pbr, Textar, and Brembo. If they used something like Bendix or some other piece of crap they will screw up your rotors and make terrible grinding and squeeking sounds.

*agrees with Doug*

I made the mistake and bought pads from Autozone. They were horrible. When I mounted my wheels, I went ahead and bought OEM's and Brembo rotors. It was an easy job and an unbelievable difference in braking. The OEMs are softer and wear quicker but its worth the braking.

*breaks out another towel to clean the dust off the wheels AGAIN*

Yea I think they were. They way they felt and sounded, I thought they were worn to the rivets. I pull them off and hardly any wear! Never again. Its worth the extra 30 bones for OEM.
