okay, as the title says, i did a search but i only found subjective solutions. first mb so please forgive my lack of knowledge. my 1994 c220 has 97k miles and at initial start rpm would surge up and down then stall at idle but once it moves, everything's fine, the idle is consistent at 6k rpm. no check engine light. but once i stop the car and start it again when warm it will stall again, until it moves then it's normal again.

my mechanic has cleaned the throttle actuator and replaced the crank position sensor because that's what came out of the scanner. he changed the spark plugs, new os, adjusted the rpm but it still stalls at idle especially when i turn on the ac. i am up to my wits end, any help from this forum would really help, if not- anyone wants a low mileage 1994 c220 for $4k? thanks.

first learn the process of illimnation but as for ur car this is what id do check all wire connections spark plugs but i would definitly get some crc cleaner and spray your maf sensore it might be alittle dirty
