Wish Maryland allowed only 1 license plate.

car looks much better w/o a license plate on the front.

One plate vs. two--Question

I agree, one looks much better. In both my Viper and M3 I would carry the extra in the trunk so if pulled over I could present it. Luckily I never was pulled over in those cars.

Does anyone know how to best fill the screw/bolt holes from the license plate once it is removed?

Thanks

Hmmmm!

thats a good idea... keeping the front plate in the trunk and presenting it if you get pulled over. Would cops be hard assed about that?

If you are going 130 m.p.h. + when pulled over my guess would be "yes".

Unless you park in a downtown area where your car will be walked by several times per week by authorities (city, parking, police, etc.) I think you should be safe. I don't think most police will pull you over for it alone.

Out here in the Bay Area I never see C5 Corvettes with them on the front...or Vipers...and I don't think anyone is ever bothered.

Maybe if I should just ask a cop what he would honestly do if he saw someone without a front tag :P

Its illegal to drive w/o seat belts fastened here, but lots of ppl ignore that law and cops dont run around checking... only if you get pulled over for another violation like speeding would they give you a ticket for no seat belt fastened.

this might seem like a silly question, but........

How do you remove that black liscence plate holder thing in the front of your car. I unscrewed the mounting screws on it and it came out slightly, but it appears the bottom portion of the holder was still attached to my front bumper. I tried wiggling it around a little bit, but it wouldnt come out, didnt want to pull on it too hard either.

I'm going to drive my car around for a little bit without the front licence plate and see if anyone will actually pull me over
