Question Universal O2 Sensor Compatibility

I am looking at 2 oxygen sensors that are universal for a '98 C280 that just had the 2nd sensor on bank #2 die. According to the Bosch website, Sensor #15738 is the universal they show that will work on the C280. I found an O2 sensor online for half the price of this one listed, but the part number is #15731. both are 4-wire heateds. Will the #15731 work the same way without any issues?

Those part numbers are both Bosch. I'm just trying to find out what's the difference between both universal units.
