The compressor is tempermental and it has a mind of it's own. Sometimes it kicks in imeadiately, sometimes it takes 30 minutes.
No leaks detected and full of freon.
I'm also getting 'engine light' P0411, I don't know if it's related?
The two little fans in front of the radiator are getting louder but it works.
Could these little fans (maybe going bad) be the culprit?

Might be the magnetic clutch of your A/C is going bad. I'm not sure if you can purchase that item seperately.
For the fan, usually that only turns on when the engine is really hot. check your visco fan so it wouldn't work overtime.

Those two little fans in front of the radiator kick on as soon as the compressor kicks in, is that normal?

maybe in the newer model. but for mine, it only turns on when the engine is hot. The low fan turns on with the compressor, but the high fan doesn't turn on until my temp gets to 110 degrees celsius.
