Buzzing sound coming from light switch!?

Buzzing sound coming from light switch!?
Hi all,
It is the second time this has happened.
When I turn on my car (key in either 1 or 2 position or when engine started), a buzzing sound will come out from the head light switch/knob when the head light switch is at the 0 position
I am not talking about the seat belt warning sound. It's more like a muted version of that buzz.
Weird thing is that the buzz will go away when I switched on the head lights.
Any ideas? I just hope it's not something major. (None of the dashboard warning lights are on)
