if you only knew what kinda snow we've been having here on the east coast washing my car took almost the entire day 
lots of tar stains. wheel wells were full of road salt. if its sunny tommorow i'll add that 3rd coat of wax

STOCK??!!!?! wow, so 1998 c230 came with that spoiler?? wow.... my car would look neat with one of those ... next time i have to paint the bumpers ill just tell mb to replace them for a 1998 c230 spoiler can they do that??? change a 1996 front bumper to a 1998 one??

yes its stock
if your car is 94-97 (pre facelift) i dont think it will be a direct bolt on replacement. steve aka mbenz.nl got his 1993 c to fit a 98-00 sport bumper, with tweaking of course

if you replace the front bumper your car might look a little off.
94-97 w202s (except for the AMG ones) have a black stripe all around the undercarriage skirts of the car. if you replace the bumper with a newer 98-00 bumper, you will have no black stripe, but the rest of your car will. it will look kinda funny. I think TP's car looks like that right now. he has a 97 w202 but with a sport front bumper.

TP has the C36 AMG bumper. I have a place where you can get an entire C36 Body kit for 550 dollars including shipping to your door. I'm waiting for a guinny pig to try it out before I get it. Would you like to be that pig?

hahahahaha,, i wouldnt actually mind being that guinea pig.... but internatioal shipping will cost another ~400 soo.......... sorry...
but... wait a moment..... the black stripe on the front bumper is not that noticeable..... however i WAS going to paint that black stripe the same colour as the body...
