Just get a K&N drop in filter. It's the best thing out as of right now. Everything else I've seen just sucks in hot air from the engine. Or...you could do this.

It's rediculous how fast you respond. I think you're right though. I didn't notice the "K"

How much more power do you feel with that new intake? And how much did you get it for?

Oh I thought you got a whole K&N Intake system, from the looks of that picture, I didn't read that you only got the filter.

Well anyways, do you feel better response in full throttle? Any noticeable or slight differences after dropping in the new filter? Did your mileage improve? I'm thinking about installing one soon, when our weather finally clears up from the never-ending winter.

slightly better throttle response at 4000 RPM. I don't record my gas mileage so I can't say anything about that. It should be better because the engine isn't having to suck as hard to get oxygen. People, including me have had problems with their mass air flow meters going bad after the filter swap. It has all been coincidental, but still, it cost me 600 dollars to replace.
