P1700 and hard shifts.
96 c280
After driving my car for about one hour, when it shifts into 3rd, it's kinda of hard and sometimes it takes a good while when trying to shift to 3rd, not to bad, but there is a problem. Now I have p1700 engine light.
After searching, I heard that the upshift valve might need to be replaced?
Will that fix my problem when the car is hot and shifting a little hard on 3rd?
I took this car to get the tranny rebuilt about a year ago, I wonder it has anything to do with that?
