Question on Side Marker Lights for W202
I've seen some W202 pics here on the forum with white side marker lights. My question is: Are they factory installed from MB? I've never seen them here in California as a factory option. The only times I see them are the ones coming from the SLK320.
I'm thinking whether these side markers are Euro specs? Any info is appreciated.

yes.
W202 bodies with side markers are euro specs.
here in our part of the world we have mixed specs. some are US spec'd with sun roof and some are euro spec'd without the sunroof but with side markers.
but you can do DIY on it and get the spec'd lenses off the web. but be careful on your mods to avoid any confusion on the theme you wish for your ride. try doing a lot of research on the themes you will decide on.

This really is helpful. However, I was asking about the white side marker lens located at the fenders and not the blinkers on the side view mirrors. Maksi pointed out that these lights only exist in the Euro specs that is why I don't have it in mine which is a US spec. Do you have these side marker lights in yours?

Sure do have them on mine, and believe it is a Euro requirement. Most make of cars have them. Don't know if I can get them deleted if I install the blinkers in the mirrors. Will have to check with local vehicule authorities as it could be a nice way to clean up the fender clutter nicely.

I guess this is probably due to the fact that we want to have our car look different from the rest in our community that is why we do the exchange or mod of parts.

Just a word more for further information...
We have clear glass indicators with orange bulbs. Back several years, the indicators where orange (like yours) with white bulbs. However, the indicator flashing light must be orange
