Im looking to lower my 2000 c230 I've read posts saying I need a camber kit if im going to lower with vogtland springs! Then I've also read that I don't. Any of you that have lowered your car with just springs have you had any camber issues? Or tire tread wearing too fast?

Not necessary, you will definitely need to balance your tires more often and align it since your tires would go negative since it's lowered.
